From the answers given above, it is clear that many do not know what a terrorist is. Terrorists are not an invading army, they do not conquer nations. Terrorists are small groups of radicals whose primary weapon is....TERROR. Their attacks are limited in scope, but are designed to be spectacular, like 911. Bush and his followers are being played like a fiddle.I don't believe their goal was to scare us. I don't think they were hoping to modify our life style.
The last I heard, their goal is to kill all Americans.
