I wonder if the world went into Haiti and build it up from it's current state
would any real or significant change be accomplished .
I have always believe that to change a nation you have to change it's people.
I'm not saying or implying that they be left alone,I'm Just asking What can the World really Do For HaitiCan Haiti Be Change For The betterment Of It's Citizens?OHH All The Best to them from the bottom of my heart and to many other nations on Earth too.
In reality, its all depends on the people who gonna runs the country. Who influence who?
You can build skyscrappers, Disneyland, put in a Wall Street type money making machines etc
its still boils down to who and what type of person to govern and put systems, law etc in place.

Not like north america, no corruption here, hahaha. its our system of laws and punishments that settle us down into a society that we can live with. The full answer could keep philosophers debating for years.
