Humans did not invent the Universe and we are not running it.

From one perspective, Universe looks like a huge system designed and intended to force humans [and other creatures] to evolve. Why this is wanted can not be answered from within the system which encloses us completely.
all of the things you cite are examples of the behavior of underevolved humans.
we are not in charge of the processes which may be leading to the extinction of underevolved humans -- that is the province of the system designer.
it follows that, as an individual, you are in not in charge of attempting to eliminate these from the behaviors of others, only from your own behavior and that of your intellectual descendants.
any attempt to use compulsion to alter the behavior of others irrevocably places you into the portion of humanity that is the problem and excludes you from the portion that is learning to become the solution. don't do it.
Simply put, the task is impossible. I could rattle off some peace-loving paragraph abut making all men realize their true potential if they just embrace tolerance and love everybody. However, this is a pipe dream. The world will never realize true peace, nor will a single country. The human psyche has the ability to conjure up victim-hood feelings and false sense that fairness means equality. The wish then extends that all men should be a cookie cutter of the other, giving the appearance of fairness. That then being challenged by the human ideal to be better then the Jones. Creating a battle between fairness of equality and the fairness of prosperity.
In the end, this battle will never cease. No matter how many good intentions your throw at it.
True Justice and Equality can never exist since Injustice and Inequality are required in order for them to exist. Brave New World is a good book for you to read.
