The only nation I know of which used the term Czar was Russia. Ivan the Terrible was a Czar, and named such for a reason. These American Czars don't have to answer to the people, but to Obama only, which in my mind violates, and arrogantly molests the Constitution. The Czar count is up to 20 now. The total Czar count for Russia throughout history was I think 25.

For all of your information............Obama's appointed Czars cannot be held accountable to the other branches of our Government. They ONLY report to Obama himself. This IS a way for Obama to skirt around the way our checks and balances are set up between the different branches of our Government. It IS against our Constitution, as they are not accountable for any decision, monetary or otherwise, to our Politicians. In that way, YES it is against what our country stands for, and every single American should be OUTRAGED by this fact.

Try not to take the use of a word too seriously. Czar comes from the Latin word caesar. Other words based on caesar are kaiser, chef, and chief. When I get promoted to chief petty officer in the Navy Reserve, does that mean I am a communist?
