How can he actively participate in so called 'systems' %26amp; improve it ?How can a common man bring in REFORMS for development of nation?First he should be aware of what is going around him. He should identify the 'weaker' sections of society. Start at the local level. First in his own village. He should be able to identify the cause of the problem and suggest solutions to eliminate the cause, then only the problem is completely solved.
He should be bold and should not hesitate if no one is there to back him. If there is opposition, rather than not paying heed to it and standing one;s ground stubbornly, he should listen carefully. So that he can counter each of their counterclaims if not then, after a certain period, by considering those points also.
And believe me, if he thinks he can actively participate after entering the so called systems, that would be a really difficult task, bcoz the entire system would be against any active member.
excellent example of common man making a difference in society is
1) Policing of a colony by its own residents (in chennai,India...that was the first I heard, don't know if it was there else where)
2) Waste disposal and recycling by kudumbashree workers
3) kudumbashree is an excellent example through which many women gained independence(they have lots of other work communities).

contest an election and fetch some powerful post...
vote suitable candidates in elections...
be a part of some genuine NGO...

why cannot. u can submit your ideas to your mla. he may bring this as bill in assembly if it is passed then reforms will be implemented.

He shud Tip respective Government Department or Heads, so that at an appropriate approval of his ideas will yeild fruits.
It is the properway of doing instead of joining political party and confuse people with much more new entrants.
Aim is to reform, for which above proper channel is useful
