Is there any particular provision to get our COC transfered to another ?? Suppose if one has a COC of Panama, then would it be possible get the COC changed to an Indian or a UK or a NZ COC ??|||If the country you wish to have the certificate issued in recognises the existing ticket(s) then it should be pretty straight forward - but if they do not you might have to attend theory courses and get any smaller tickets required (OH%26amp;S, Elements of shipboard safety, Senior first aid, Radio operators C.O.P. etc.) and then sit the practical/orals as required by the country you wish to obtain a COP (cert. of proficiency) from. At least with an existing ticket that will not be hard as you have already done it once, and things are pretty much the same most places in the world.
